Feds Warn Of Possible NYC Terror Plot, FBI: “Plausible But Unsubstantiated” Report Of Al Qaeda Plans To Attack Subway System
The FBI has warned New York area law enforcement of a “plausible but unsubstantiated” al Qaeda suicide bomb attack against the area’s commuter rail systems over the holiday.

It is so sad that the world has come to this
This is not actually new development. If anyone remembers this same warning came to public couple years back and the plot was stopped BEFORE it occured. NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN. God bless the U.S.
ETA “kills” a Basque businessman
The company he worked for the victim was threatened on several occasions.
A businessman was shot dead in front of a restaurant in the Basque Country in northern Spain, by members of the radical Basque separatist band ETA, police said.
Ignacio Uria Mendizabal, 71 years, working as an adviser to one of the builders of the new high-speed train, a project that ETA had threatened repeatedly.
The fact is nearly a month after the arrest of Mikel Garikoitz, alias “Txeroki,” who is believed to be the chief operating officer of the group.

The employer would be the fourth victim of the gang in 2008, still has not denied nor claimed responsibility for the attack.
Attack
According to authorities, Uria received several shots, one in front and another in the chest in a parking lot in the town of Azpetia, near San Sebastian.
The construction company he worked for had received several warnings from the extremist gang, which this year placed three explosive devices in companies involved in building the high speed train.
The armed group is opposed to this project which aims to connect the main Basque cities (Bilbao, Vitoria and San Sebastian) with the capital, Madrid.
Political aftermath
The French police arrested in November to “Txeroki”, the alleged military leader of ETA.
In the town where the businessman was murdered, Azpetia, the attack had immediate political consequences.
The e-independence nationalist party Eusko Alkartasuna (Basque Solidarity) decided to leave the municipal government, after which both the mayor and other councilors of the Basque Nationalist Action (ANV) refused to condemn the attack.
In a statement, EA said that “violence has no place in Euskal Herria and that claims of sovereignty tract is radically inconsistent with the attacks on ETA.”
Precedent
It is not the first time that the separatist group acting against projects in the region.
In the 80s, the nuclear power plant in Lemóniz was never completed after ETA killed two engineers and three workers.
A decade after the construction of the motorway Leizarán, which connects with Guipúzcoa Navarre, was also threatened and four other people were killed, which forced institutions to renegotiate the route.
