Smoke Bomb Goes Off in Phoenix Hotel – Weapons Found

This is an incident report and there is no information indicating that it is terrorism related. Additional details will be provided as they become available.
Update: Reports indicate the smoke bomb was military grade. Very little other information is being released.
Guests were evacuated Sunday night when a smoke bomb went off on the fourth floor of the Hilton Garden Inn, 1940 W. Pinnacle Peak Road in northwest Phoenix.

“No information indicating that it is terrorism related”…..bomb, guns, bullets….guess it was just a temporary storage unit for those types of items, huh?
If those items wouldn’t cause terror, what in the heck would they be used for? Display?

I agree with you, sounds like terror related to me also. It sounds like anything “terror related” incidents that occur in the U.S.why is it the reports are just “incident reports” and not “terror”. But, oh, anything outside of our homeland is classified “terror” not just an “incident report”. Bomb exploding, guns and ammo found, again I agree TERROR NOT INCIDENT. Our country need be more honest with us and stop covering up the facts WE AS CITIZENS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW
Any law enforcement officers staying in the hotel at the time?…Not unheard of that a LE smoke grenede goes off accidently……
So now smoke bombs a “terror weapon”? Looks like some of the posters on this site are urban liberal wussies afraid of their own shadows. Weapons and ammo in a room in Phoenix? Say it isn’t so! Here’s news that’ll make you guys wet your pants: About 1 in 12 hotel guests in states that have CCLs have guns and ammo not only in their rooms but on their person.
Time to start revoking the man cards of guys who think a smoke grenade is a weapon of terror. File this under WMD for “Weapons of Mass Distraction”.
