The bomb squad this afternoon blew up two suspicious devices —a bag of garbage and a soft-sided lunch cooler containing unspecified electronic items — outside the Winter Park Library, suspending early voting and irritating scores of would-be voters.
People cheered as they were allowed back into the building to resume early-voting after a delay of more than three hours.
