A LETTER threatening EU institutions in Brussels and The Hague was received at United Nations headquarters in New York a few days ago, Dutch Interior Minister Johan Remkes said today.The Dutch news agency ANP said the letter was signed by the al-Qaeda terror group, which claimed responsibility for the September 11, 2001 attacks in the US.
