Thirteen men have been arrested under the Terrorism Act 2000 after raids in London and three English counties.
The arrests were made in north-west London, Hertfordshire, Luton in Bedfordshire and Blackburn, Lancashire. Police said the men, aged in their 20s and 30s, were suspected of involvement in the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
