The state’s new terror warning center issued an alert Thursday for a truck and shipping container full of U.S. Army supplies, reportedly stolen off the streets of Berkeley a week ago.

Police and the FBI worried at first about the military cargo.

The warning bulletin listed the intended destination as Herlong, home to Sierra Army Depot, a logistics base in northeast California that also has stored and disposed of conventional munitions and missile fuel.
