Sources on the Internet state that Osama Bin Laden has delivered a new video tape to Al Jazeera with a message based on U.S. Election results. Al Jazeera has not confirmed the existence of the video. This is only rumored at this time and should not be considered as fact.

UPDATED: There is word that the tape may be released in the next few hours.
