Bin Laden’s goal, according to G2 Bulletin sources, is to launch one initial attack, followed by a second on another city to simulate the U.S. bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The optimal dates for the attacks are Aug. 6, the anniversary of the Hiroshima bombing, Sept. 11 and May 14, the anniversary of the re-creation of the state of Israel in 1948. No specific year has been suggested, however, this Aug. 6 represents the 60th anniversary of the Hiroshima attack.

Police have released a CCTV image of the four London bombers as they set out from Luton on their bombing mission.
They have also confirmed the names of all four men for the first time.
Mohammad Sidique Khan, 30, Germaine Lindsay, 19, Hasib Hussain, 18, and Shehzad Tanweer, 22, were pictured in Luton at 0720 BST on Thursday 7 July.
Three bombs exploded on the London underground at 0850 BST, and one on a bus at 0947. Fifty-five people died, including the four bombers.
The picture was released in an attempt to find out more about their final movements.

Al-Qaida’s plans, known as “America’s Hiroshima” according to captured terrorists and terrorist documents, calls for the multiple detonation of nuclear weapons, already in the possession of Osama bin Laden’s operatives currently inside the U.S.
The attack is designed to kill at least 4 million Americans.
Al-Qaida has obtained at least 40 nuclear weapons from the former Soviet Union – including suitcase nukes, nuclear mines, artillery shells and even some missile warheads, according to the report. In addition, documents captured in Afghanistan show al-Qaida had plans to assemble its own nuclear weapons with fissile material it purchased on the black market.
Pipe bomb suspect hinted at tampering of baby juices

Authorities investigating a Surprise man over pipe bombs found inside his home have expanded the probe to possible tampering of baby-juice products, officials said Wednesday.
Baby juices have been pulled from grocery stores within a two-mile radius of the suspect’s home near 135th Drive and Greenway Road but strictly as a precaution, those officials said. Police have found no evidence of tampering.

According to captured al-Qaida leaders and documents, the plan is called the “American Hiroshima” and involves the multiple detonation of nuclear weapons already smuggled into the U.S. over the Mexican border with the help of the MS-13 street gang and other organized crime groups.

British police have asked their European counterparts for information on a Moroccan man, Mohamed Guerbouzi, in relation to the terrorist attacks in London yesterday, a Brussels-based European police official said. Mr. Guerbouzi has been under investigation in Britain in connection with two previous attacks, a 2003 suicide bombing in Morocco and last year’s attack in Madrid. He has been living in Britain for about a decade, the police official said.

In what appears to be the first major break in the London terrorist attacks, U.S. authorities tell Police in London have recovered key parts of the timing devices that set off the bombs, suggesting they were planted in packages or bags and left behind.
There also are reports that police may have discovered two unexploded bombs as they sifted through the wreckage of the four bombs that did go off.
Secret ‘gas’ test staged at G. Central

The Federal Department of Homeland Security released gas in Grand Central Terminal last month in a secret study of how dangerous chemicals might flow through the landmark in a terrorist attack.
Nontoxic “tracer gases” were released into the terminal between June 26-30, as scientists from four national laboratories observed, including physicists from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in California.
Terrorists Strike London With Series of Blasts

A series of explosions struck London’s public transportation system Thursday in what Prime Minister Tony Blair called a coordinated series of “barbaric” terrorist attacks, most likely to coincide with the opening of the G-8 summit in nearby Scotland.
After several hours where public officials cautioned against reaching conclusions about what caused at least six blasts on subways and buses, Blair gave a brief televised address where he concluded it was a terrorist action.
