In a videotape broadcast Thursday, Al Qaeda deputy leader Ayman al-Zawahiri threatened more destruction in London after last month’s attacks on the city’s transit system.
In the tape shown on the pan-Arab satellite channel Al-Jazeera, al-Zawahiri also said British Prime Minister Tony Blair was to blame for the capital being targeted.
