The Islamic Army in Iraq reported on the Internet Thursday, Dec. 8, it had killed 40-year old Ronald Schulz, an industrial electrician from Anchorage, Alaska, because America had not met its demands. The statement could not be verified and was not accompanied by pictures or video.
