The Swiss authorities have arrested seven North Africans on suspicion of planning a rocket attack on an Israeli El Al airliner in Geneva. The attack was due to be carried out in December. One of the suspects, Moroccan-born Mohamed Achraf, also stands accused of masterminding a plot to blow up Madrid’s National Court.
