Jurors in the case of a former graduate student on trial on terrorism charges heard songs found on the student’s computer that prosecutors say incited terrorism.
The songs, all in Arabic, encouraged martyrdom and the killing of infidels and celebrated resistance to the U.S. occupation of Iraq, prosecutors said. The accompaniment included sounds of bombs going off and machine gun fire.
