Laura Mansfield Reports, according to banners placed on several Arabic language message boards, it appears that Al Qaeda’s media production arm, Al Sahab, will be releasing a new video tape “soon”.

This tape does not show either Osama Bin Laden or Dr. Ayman al Zawahiri, but instead features Abu Yahya al Libi.

The video, entitled “Nizal La Tanazul”, or “Combat not Surrender”, is a eulogy for Al Libi’s fellow Bagram escapee Farouq al Iraqi, who was killed in Iraq.
