I have read about a plant in upstate NY in which the guards were constantly on minimum staffing, until advance notice that an NRC Inspector was coming. While no Security Officer should be asleep while on a post, the "Ready Room" is a different matter. Individual SAC bomber crewman would occasionally "nod off" while on alert in their ready rooms.
