Mexican authorities cannot undertake this task by themselves, they need a joint task force with other countries such as England, the U.S., France and Russia to name a few in order to attack and kill this situation immediately. There is a need to target the heads of these organization through proper investigative techniques and survelliance. There is need to adopt a team of police officer or special anti drug unit with the authority to kill and destroy persons and property linked with the drug trade. The traditional custom of trial by jury would not fit these types of crime. These people need to be single out and executed in a type of justice which requires minimal interference in the form of evidence gathering. Information should become the new tool with which to exact this kind of justice. This is ridiculous, the killing of children, and families of law enforcement officers is a new low. The police must retaliate and show these drug cartels that the real gang is the police.
