Unfortunately, many here see national security issues like this as "not in our back yard." Any who want us to pay attention & take precautions, are labeled alarmists. Unfortunately, one day such attitudes will mean innocent deaths. Just as we have failed to properly secure cargo coming in on ships, have implemented airport security that can & has been easily compromised, and have taken the liberal nice guy approach to securing the borders with intentions rather than fencing & adequate numbers of Border Patrol Agents, this nation & its "it won't happen to us" attitudes, will mean more of those innocent deaths!
