There are no coincidences in this world; at least not on such a scale. Consider: 1. OPEC nations are generally hostile to the United States (i.e. record oil prices and thus inflation of the dollar). 2. The economically draining effects of a PROLONGED conflict in Iraq (strain on fiscally sound budget) 3. And, I suspect, the behind the scenes world of banking, trade, etc. that with hostile nations is being bent as best they can against us. 9/11 was in essence an attack on our people, but really an attack to break the back of our economy, That war continues; where they believe they can starve our economy's energy needs, coupled with forcing higher defense spending, as well as any other damage they can do. ---An actual physical attack on the nuts and bolts of our economic system would be what they perceive as the "death blow". I say smoke 'em now. SOUNDS A BIT LIKE PRE-9/11 INTEL…….
