The FBI is now involved in the theft of a car after it was found in Los Lunas with an explosive device and Iraqi currency inside.FBI agents say that they have ruled out terrorism.

The car was reported stolen last week. After the theft, the car’s owner was fueling his motorcycle when he spotted his stolen car.

“While he was refueling his motorcycle, low and behold, the vehicle that he had reported stolen that belongs to him happened to pull into the gas station area also,” said Los Lunas Police Captain Charles Nuanes.

The car’s owner pulled the keys out of the ignition of his stolen car and the people in the car fled.

When police arrived, they found the explosive device and less than $1,000 worth of Iraqi cash.

“We don’t know what their intentions were,” said Nuanes. “We don’t know what they were planning on doing with any of this.”

Police suspect Toby Jaramillo, who is well known to Valencia County law enforcement, was behind the car’s theft. He’s in jail charged with stealing another car.

I always love the way the FBI say in one breath say “that they have ruled out terrorism.”, and in the next paragraph they say “We don’t know what their intentions were” .

Ralph I was about to say the same thing. They always say “they have ruled out terrorism”. Anyone with half a brain knows better. They think we are all stupid. Terrorism should always be looked into throughly before ruling it out. Terrorists are relentlessly looking for ways to get us. We will be attacked again, that is certain. Sadly we can’t trust our govt. to stop it ahead of time because they are always releasing everyone they pick up for acting suspiciously.

The sad thing is that this is just the begining. The people who are running this country are all colleage graduates, unfortunatley their common sense has been over educated. The fact that terrorist organisations are pledged to be supported with over 500 million dollars of U>S tax dollars is part of the problem.

The car’s owner also added to the stupidity of this situation by jumping in and grabbing his car keys, thus giving the car thieves the alert to flee. If he had quietly called the cops and then followed the car, if the thieves left in it before the cops got there, he could have gotten his car back and got the crooks arrested. Crooks? Probably, very likely, terrorists! Rather, TERRORISTS! Dammit! Damn them!

Hot tip: Read about our war against our Islamo-fascist Enemies (Yes Virginia, there are Enemies, ours) by reading Victor Davis Hanson, Ibn Warriq, and Robert Spencer. There are other great authors like them “hitting the nail on the head” about our War and our Enemies.

Or they were local thugs planning to blow something up and plant the Iraqi cash to direct blame away from their own circle of criminals.

Given what the FBI is saying, perhaps the cops would have said the car wasn’t stolen and then arrested the owner for possession of controlled substances.

An explosive device and Iraqi currency? Of course it’s not terrorism. Y’all are just seeing terrorists behind every light pole…
The people in the stolen vehicle are merely seeking political asylum from Al Qaida in Iraq, you see. They hadn’t had time to get to the bank to convert their currency to U.S. dollars, And they missed their bus, so they “borrowed” a vehicle.
Oh, and the explosive device was just for getting rid of tree stumps at their new home in America.
So you see, all of you Alarmists out there, there is a “rational” explanation for this kind of incident.
And if you buy this, I’ve got some great ocean-front property to sell you, right there in New Mexico.

Got something to say?
