Aviation security forces arrested on Wednesday a Palestinian for making a “bomb joke,” a report said.
The Palestinain Ahmed Seyam, 58 and married to a Filipina nurse, was about to board for his journey back to Doha, Qatar, GMA regional network news Balitang Bisdak reported.
Members of the 7th Police Center for Aviation Security arrested Seyam for making a joke a bout a bomb threat, said Celso Rufo, deputy chief of PCAS.

He said that Seyam’s joke a bout a bomb threat was a violation of PD 1727, or the law on false bomb threat claims.
But Seyam denied he made claims about the threat and argued that the baggage inspector misunderstood what he said.
