In California, which is no friend to the believers of the 2nd Amendment, he would have been detained and released (HE BROKE NO LAWS!) In my opinion, he was demonstrating responsible ownership. Come on America, show some common sense! CRS Sec. 38-118(a)(4) When such person is a collector or licensed dealer displaying or transporting such weapon for display or sale, or a citizen transporting such weapon for purpose of sale or repair to or from a place of sale or repair; all firearms so displayed or transported shall be unloaded at all times Simply amazing!
