Comments on: U.S. Army Brigade Deploys For Homeland Mission

Almost ALL of you that had a comment ‘missed’ the purpose of this unit’s mission. It is to ’support homeland security operations’, not detain us, arrest us or be used against us! READ the article! How do I know this? I’m retired Army and just happen to work for a defense contractor that supports the warfighter with equipment and services and I personally went and briefed this unit (along with receiving a briefing of their operations) in August of last year.

These types of comments are totally uncalled for and only insight the potential rioting that was mentioned in your comments by upstanding citizens. These soldiers are highly trained and the US Government has finally realized that they can be used in a capacity to assist and aid in a distaster, whether manmade or natural.

i already saw the hand writing on the wall-however i never dreamed i would see americans put a man in office who they know nothing about-i thought this was all in the future. its like over night a night mare happened and my thoughts were-how did this happen so rapidly. i tried to warn my intelligent relatives(i am the dumb one) and they still do not see it. there was no reaCTION WHEN I SAID-HOW ABOUT BANKRUPTING THE COAL INDUSTRY? HERE IN KY -IN S.E. KY IT IS AND HAS BEEN POOR. PEOPLES LIVES DEPEND ON THE COAL INDUSTRY. CAN WE TOLERATE BEEING POORER THAN WE ARE? I CRIED WHEN I SAW PREPERATIONS FOR OBAMAS VICTORY PARTY. I NEVER DID THAT BEFORE. WHAT IS IT ABOUT THIS MAN THAT REDUCED MANY OF US TO TEARS?

i guess you missed that sad chapter in our history..

last year in the john warner defense act of 2007 ( (H.R.5122) (2))
bush effectively null and voided Posse comitatus and the insurrection act..

-add NSPD-51 to that and its recipe for disaster in the wrong
meglomanic’s hands..

read it and weep, -now you can see, that all the events past and future have all been engineered to the Nth degree..

when COMEX defaults in December because of not being able to deliver the real gold it’s holding short contracts for. (it might have 1/10th of what it “sold” -if any) it will start a mass exodus from T-bills and the USD.. the dollar will crash hyperinflation sets in, people get pissed (and hungry) they’ll have all the law
and military they need to detain us…:S

-on top of it, congress will no doubt try to kill the right to bear arms because of it.. ::sigh::

I thought it might have more to do with what would happen in US cities if Obama was disqualified via a lawsuit, or if he didn’t win the election. Now I am wondering if it is for use when Obama does in America what he helped Raila Odinga do in Kenya.

An ACTIVE Military Brigade on American soil for use AGAINST the American people? I’m sorry, my limited knowledge of the U.S. Constitution says THAT IS UN-CONSTITUTIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I suggest they read it before they decide to RE-WRITE IT!

I just wonder why this deployment wasn’t thought of, or done a long time ago.

My other thought is why are they doing it now, is something in the wind? Have they recieved credible info that something is going to happen?
