		<description>That is something that does concern me a great deal. For a while I was worried about countries like North Korea, but when I thought about it, it is the rougue orgainzations with anarchist agendas that are probably a huge threat.  Being unstable, and looking to make a point, any possesion and detonation could be a huge problem.  The biggest problem could be another country blaming another for the actions of a faction, and then we have nuclear holocaust!  Good to know there is an agency looking to do it&#039;s best to keep our borders safe.</description>
