Install security cameras inside the restroom facility to catch anyone writing threats on the walls. Install security cameras in the hallways leading to the restrooms and closely monitor the restrooms for graffiti as personnel enter and leave the restroom facility. 2. Time for an "All Hands Meeting" at which time "everyone" will be checked for drug use. This is probably the hardest task but it CAN be done and should be! This is a very serious offense and the following actions should be taken:
