Azam Amir Kasav should be kept alive and in a holding cell, by himself until he is an old man, and I mean OLD. This individual (and his partners) are the scum of the earth! They must be removed from society forever. There are others that were aware of what these individuals were up to and they too should be captured and punished for crimes against humanity.
