They won't and don't care about the "Norte Americonos". But they will find someone to charge under pressure from senior mexican government officals if the killings get alot of U.S. press. Only if Mexico starts to lose money (Tourist Dollars) will you see any significant efforts made to slove this crime, or any other homocides of americans, in the future. No one should be under the impression that Mexican law enforcement will solve these homocides and find the “true” responsible individuals. They won’t and don’t care about the “Norte Americonos”.
