Pakistan or other roughe states do not have ICBM s that will reach main-land US. Everybody knows that India is going to be the destination of a loose/stolen N bomb, dirty or otherwise.The only way a dirty bomb can reach main-land US is through a container. After 2001, US has already sealed this container safty thing through its in-land security system. It has already trained Pak in container safty, so that no such container leaves Pak port for main-land US. Dr. Manmohan, its only the Indian neck at stake. Wake-Up.
