They are just such incredibly evil criminals that they get their own term "terrorist". I just think of these people as "super-criminals". Your average killer may only kill one or two people. Terrorists want to kill thousands if not millions of people at a time. That's what makes these people so evil and one of the many reasons we need to make such and incredible effort to stop them.
