Police Shooting Suspect Not Found Inside Seattle Home

The suspect in the fatal shooting of four officers in Parkland was not found inside a Seattle home that was surrounded by a SWAT team and numerous officers, Pierce County Sheriff’s Detective Ed Troyer said.Maurice Clemmons, 37, was believed to be holed up in the home in the Leschi neighborhood after he was shot and wounded by one of the four slain officers before fleeing from the Parkland coffee shop where the Lakewood police officers were gunned down.
Troyer said the home was Clemmons’ last known location, but Clemmons was not inside when officers entered Monday morning.The location of Clemmons is not known, and it’s possible he may still be in the Leschi neighborhood, Troyer said. He said people who know Clemmons told investigators that he had been shot in the torso.The University Of Washington sent out an alert saying Clemmons may be in the University District in Seattle as police follow up on numerous leads about Clemmons’ whereabouts.Lakewood Police Chief Bret Farrar has scheduled a briefing at 10 a.m.

I hope he is suffering a long and agonizing pain from the shot he got. And, I hope he dies from it.
